Hello to Crossroads Family
I am an EX airline employee and my wife Shula was a dancing teacher,we worked all our lives raising 3 children and now have 4 grandchildren added to the family. The nature of my line of work brought us to be stationed in Greece,Italy and Germany, 4 years in each country. This great experiance gave us and our children a panoramic view on new cultures. people in different parts of the world. In 2001 all our children were no longer depending on us, our youngest has finished his military service (we all have to serve, boys 3 years and girls 2 years) so 2002 was the earliest time to start to live our dream -TRAVELING WITH OUR TRAILER IN NORTH AMERICA. Before doing it we did 3 "test trailer trips" in Italy,Norway and in New-Zealand to see if this is really what we want to do and also to experiance living together 24 hours a day. It seems to be working very well as we are traveling each summer since 2002 for 5 months in the summers....and we still "like" each other... We have all the comfort in the trailer you can imagine, fully equipped kitchen, air condition,TV,shower, toilet, queen size bed, dinning area,sofa-all small but very comfortable and nice. The trailer is pulled by a medium size truck that can be disconnected and used for side trips while the trailer is parked in so called Camp Ground with electrical, water and sewer connections (easy to connect/disconnect,10-15 minutes work). We love nature, hikes, history and meeting people, so this gives us maximum flexibility options for traveling, if we like the area we stay if we want to move to another location we just pull our "house" with us. I have started a blog long time ago that allows my family and friends to "travel" with us as we go , this website will be updated each time I have the chance as I carry a Lap Top with me all the time on the road. In the website there is a link to my picture albums and you are invited to pop in at any given time. Hope to see you you down the road. Thank you and remember that TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. http://danyshula.blogspot.com/ ![]() |

Hello dere from Cajun Country. Your location indicates Israel, are you still there and coming back/forth or are you here in the states? Just curious, but welcome anyway and good luck!
