my 2008 25rk came with the under belly covered its like a plastic cardboard it keeps the tanks from freezing in cold temps spring and fall. I'm not real cold but at night when it gets 20-30 degrees.

Just picked up our 2010 Zinger ZT31SB. It has all the bells and whistles including the underbelly. Got underneath it to see if there were any gaps where wires to the trailer brakes came out but found everything sealed up tight. Great advantage for us as we are on a seasonal campsite and a couple of mice found their way into out last trailer.
Another place the mice can find thier way into your trailer is the basement.  I found some large areas around the sewer and water lines that are not sealed on my Cruiser.

If you decide to enclose the underbelly - may I offer a suggestion.  Since there are valves and other bits you may need to get at in the future - do yourself a HUGE favour and fabricate "access" doors/panels so you can access places where valves are located. I have an 08 32SB with an enclosed underbelly (fabric) - and recently repaired a Grey Water Valve (several posts in the forum on this - Leaking Grey Water Valve).  The extra time spent removing large portions of the fabric - and a "hockey sock" full of screws (and a wheel) to fix the galley valve - would have been much better spent drinking beer. I promise you this - the valves will eventually need "attention"......

Happy Camping!!

My 2008 Zinger 30-BH came with an enclosed underbelly...I assume it was from the factory.

On the Zinger the enclose under belly is an option. You were fortunate to find a dealer who knew what he was doing
