We have two ceiling fans, and no we have not had that issue. Are you counting the bathroom fan as the 3rd?

We have the 08 model 38DB which has a ceiling fan in both bedrooms and also one in the living area as you come in the sliding door. We also have a fantastic fan in the bathroom and one in the kitchen right beside the main AC unit.I do have a guy working with Crossroads to figure this problem out and when we do I'll post the info.
