2002 Crossroads Paradise Pointe For Sale

Hi, I am new to this forum and I hope I get this right but here goes..... We have a beauty of a 5th wheel that we have had parked at Pequa Creek in PA for the last 3 years , I find its easier to go camping when it's already set up :-) .  We are buying a house down south and will have no need to "get away" because the new house is already "away".  So, we want to sell the camper. It is a 2002 5th wheel with 3 axles and every amenity and convenience available. It’s more like a luxury condo then a camper. It has 2 AC units (one for LR and one for BR), fireplace, ceiling fans, heat and AC control system, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet in it’s own room, queen bed, 3 slidesâ€? one is massive 12ft living room area / one is opposite side with 2 reclining comfy chairs & table w/ drawers and the 3^rd is the bed slide. Surround sound & TV is like a movie theatre, DVD & cable & TV connections in LR & BR. Outside lights and separate outside stereo. Outside shower, Electric jacks in front, Tons of storage space in very nice cabinets in kitchen, bedroom, living room. Connections for a stackable washer and dryer in separate storage closet, central vacuum, loads of storage space underneath camper as well as in front area of camper. Set up with separate breaker panel for tying-in to 120V or 220V power. Heavy duty converter for all 12V systems. Large capacity fresh, gray and black tanks.  The camper has been very well maintained and is a great looking now as it was when purchased.  Selling for what I think is a fair price of 20K$.  I will entertain offers simply to move things along as we don't need to use it any longer and I don't want it to just sit there.  I have 20+ pictures I can send.
