To see if your toilet tissue will disintegrate quickly after use, you put a few sheets in a jar filled with water, seal and shake the bejeezus out to the jar.  After a few seconds of shaking, the tissue should be broken down into fine bits.  If the tissue is turned mush then it's good to use with your tanks.  That's the "shake" test. 
 
I found that any toilet tissue that rated for septic systems will work ok for the black tank system and it's a lot cheaper than the tissue that is "made for RV's".
