Hello,
 
Just on the final stages of purchasing/picking up my new 2013 26BH Sunset Trail. This forum has been great for information.
However I would love to hear some great satisfied customers with the product. Sometimes is is easy to get wrapped up in all the "issues" reported here and forget what is hopefully the great product and purchase experience customers wanted.
 
So if you had to buy again would you? Is Sunset Trail/Crossroads an awesome trailer built to last?

We bought our 30SK in June 2006 and could not be happier with our unit. So far only minor problems that I was able to take care of with little effort. While at the factory rally last year had Randy fix a couple of small items, one a crack in the side wall. It couldn't have been a better experience. If I ever have any major issue I would definately try to get it to Randy to resolve, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. All in all, the RV has been a real pleasure for us. I definately would get another Crossroads product.

Bought our 29RK in March 2006 and had a few minor issues that we took care of.
Crossroads products are well worth the price.
the factory took care of some warranty issues, also.
We are extremely happy with our Cruiser.

We are on our second cruiser. I would buy another one any time, but this one has everything we need. Great product.

We bought our Zinger last year and absolutely love it.  It has had a few minor problems that Crossroads stood behind and fixed for us.  We went to 2 RV shows this year and didn't see a thing that tempted us to trade ours in.  We would definitely buy another Crossroads in the future but we plan on keeping this one for a long time.
