Thank you!  Please keep the changes coming.   The CrossRoads product is so good, this is not readily aparent from the redesigned website.

Just setup camp today in Pine Mountain GA.  We have noticed this before, but people stop and look at the Sunset Trail Reserve as you pull in because it is a uniquely classy looking vehicle.  I know I am beating a dead horse but PLEASE make the website REFLECT this, not detract from it.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Just noticed, (good new Avy), no more Sligshot by the dumpster.  Also, no more Rob video on the front page.  Thanks CR!

OK so I waited awhile and revisited the site with an open and fresh mind.
I get the idea that is trying to be expressed. I  just believe that it only works with the toy haulers.
What you now have as a home page should be what you see when you get to the pages with info on the Elevation and similar models. I then get the whole Travis part.
But that is as far as it goes. I don't wan't Travis or his group anywhere near what I hope to be doing with my RV.... I just watched a recent episode of Nitro Circus and quite frankley,,,,,thought you guys and gals are nuts... I am an X moto and sled rider and understand the lifestyle. But when you watch this group only recklessness comes to mind. Is that what you are trying to portray?  If it is, I want no part of it.
If someone says they like my unit (RV), I will direct them to my dealer. Not the website.
That is a shame.

So with fresh eyes, I basically have the same opinion.

Agreed. I couldn't have said it any better than that.

Have to admit upfront that I didn't read the previous 8 pages of posts.
I find the demographic they seem to be targeting to be interesting.  Seems to me that the 20 something x-gamers would be a small market share compared to the 35 and up family types that seem to be rving.  I have nothing against 20 something x-gamers (I was a hard core skateboarder back in the day... I also was a big Pat Benatar fan so that definitely dates me...) but that certainly looks like the target demographic.  I am sure CrossRoads knows what it is doing though.

I just went back and looked at the website again.  Clearly the images used, and for that matter even the trailer graphics, are aimed at some demographic other than baby boomers (my age group).  Maybe the graphics look better in person.  I know I liked them better on my 2008 ST than the pictures showed when I saw it in person.

I like to visualize via images how my trailer will look while I"m using it.  That does not mean it needs to be a photo of it in a campground, but an out doors wilderness experience certainly appeals to me.  Always enjoy depictions with mountain views, lake side sites, views of the mountains.  Since I'm trying to escape every day life I certainly don't want pics with a city back ground, which denote NOISE, congestion and lots of people.  Would be nice to see a family sitting at a campfire making smores or having a picnic next to the trailer.  That would give me warm fuzzies.  Also makes sense to have typical tow vehicles for the towable in the photos as well.

Just whining from a soon to be old geezer. LOL

I'm probably in the demographic being targeted - I've been camping since I was a teenager, owned my first popup in my early 20's, andfrom there I've had a few different units. In no way am I impressed or feel the CR focus on this Nitro Circus aimed at me (early 30-something with a family). In fact, if the TH market likes all this extreme sports thats great - put it on the Elevation page. As far as I'm concerned, the main theme of CR as a company isn't the Nitro Circus nor is it relevant to 95% of it's product lines.

THis is the first time I've seen a RV company get a redesigned website SO wrong.... In fact, I'm not even sure who would have authorized such a shift in direction.
