Kenny,
I would replace the rotors and take that potential problem out of the equation. Good Luck. KD

Was reading a tire review were the author mention that Ford can get " the dreaded death wobble" they said the drag link was bad. Might need to look at the steering componants but with only 20grand on the odometer you wouldn't think it would be bad.
Just one more thing to check out.

I have an '06 F250 4x4 that on occasion would almost shake me out of the truck. Had the front checked and had it aligned. Neither shop found anything other than the right front tire had a big flat spot. Had the tires rotated and could feel vibration from the back. Replaced all the tires, they were due anyway, and the problem seems to be gone. If this is a rotor problem is be there driving unloaded also.

This happened to my c-class ford .. It was terrible. Once the brakes got hot, the games began. The pads would glaze over and were probably red hot. Setting the trailer brakes higher a little, as stated earlier, helps also.
I bought drilled and slotted rotors . The drilled and slotted helped dissipate the heat and keeps the pads from glazing over. Once they are glazed over, Then more heat, vicious cycle Once the rotors and pads are gone on my f250, Drilled and slotted are going on there also. Got the same rotors on my Jeep,Focus and my previous corolla.. Here is an example if you interested in going that route http://www.ebay.com/itm/FRONT-REAR-KIT-4-DRILLED-SLOTTED-BRAKE-ROTORS-AND-8-CERAMIC-PADS-4WD-4X4-/290687940655?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AF-350+Super+Duty&hash=item43ae59f82f&vxp=mtr |
