Well come on down to NC, it is legal to ride in the bed down here.  In fact all weekend long people were not only riding around the campground by the dozen in the back of the trucks, they were riding in the boats the trucks were towing.  (the campground is on the water and many have boats).

I am fortunate to still have both my parents and they are still RVing! They are making "noises" about wanting to join us for the VA campout in the fall.

Pick an appropriate type of beast to smoke. Then pick what you want in the water pan. I'm in a rut and always use beer and water, but some wines also work very well.
 
I'll bring the charcoal and wood chips of various types.
