Here's the update to our issues:
The outlets on the couch slide - I do not have the connection boxes under the slides, all other rushmores at the dealers had them but I do not, the dealer checked the connections in the underbelly, these were fine. They removed the plates from the two slide outlets to chase the wiring, the outlet under the table is wiresd to the box behind the couch. They pulled the wiring back up through the box behind couch and there was a bad crimp connection there.
I used plastic castor cups on the rollaway island, seems to work ok but even they are severely deformed, I think if I get 3" wood caster cups that should take care of the issue.
The kitchen linoleum had to be replaced as the couch slide gouged it on our 2nd trip out, they could not find any reason this happened. My have just been construction debris that got caught, no trace of it now.
I found that the mattress was getting squished at the headboard when I was lifting it causing it to be extremely heavy, I just need to pull it away from the headboard when I lift it and its managable, will still not stay up by itself but I made a couple prop rods out of broomsticks and It is fine.
Still looking for the magazine rack to fit the back.
Can't wait till spring.

I have had numerous problems with my Paradise Pointe. My thought was it was built on a Monday or a Fri too. Now that I think about it, it must have been built on a Fri. as the Amish don't drink and they are not staying up late on Sunday watching TV. The problem I had with my bed is that they put the hinge too close to the wall. It sits about 2 or 3 inches from the wall. With a 6" mattress when you raise the bed it puts too much pressure on the screws attaching the bed to the wall. When they don't put the screws into the stud, like mine the screws just pull out and the whole bed twisted to one side. When it happens in a campground and you don't have the tools to fix it it takes awhile to repair. I moved the hinge so it now sit about 18 inches from the wall.
