I just pulled the grill off of the furnace and the line that goes to the fresh water tank goes under the floor and I cannot see it.

I have a 29RK so my set up is different. I can see where it goes to the tank and have had it kink so no suction. If yours goes into the wall I don't know what to suggest, but if it goes through the wall into another compartment you may have an opportunity to see some more of the line. The fact that the "antifreeze" line picks up says the pump works so it seems there could only be a blockage.

it looks as though my fresh water tank is just in front of the wheels and my drain is right behind the left front wheel.

Ready to get the sawzall out and just start cutting.  I'm just P.O.ed about this.  If I would of been able to use the trailer past the middle of September I would of known about this last year.

on edit
I'm also really pissed at my dealer right now too!

When you have the valve switched to the tank is there any suction on the antifreeze pick up? Maybe the valve isn't sealing completely.

I took the line off that goes to the fresh water tank and tried to blow and suck through it.  Cannot do either.  Must be either kinked or pinched or something like that.

Is anyone else having a problem with the site?  It is telling me that I have exceeded the number of posts allowed and spamming is not allowed.  Go figure I would have a problem!!

Ok, here is day 2.  I took the elbow off the line that goes to the fresh water tank just before the wall.  I was able to blow through the line.  I took the line off from the antifreeze/fresh water tank valve to the elbow in the line before it goes through the wall.  I tried to blow through the line and could not.  I took the elbow off and the line was clear, but the elbow had pieces of plastic stuck in it.  I cleaned those out and put the line and elbow back on to the line to the tank.  I was able to blow through to the tank.  Filled the fresh water tank and hooked hose up to city water  connection to make sure that air was out of the lines.  Disconnected the hose.  Went in 5ver and turned pump on.  Pump came on and ran for a couple seconds and shut off.  Turned water on at kitchen sink had water and the pump came on, good flow.  I figured that I would let it run for a little bit and flush things out (ran about 5 min).  Wrong, the pump now started to make a loud noise and vibrates the whole 5ver.  Before you could hardly hear the pump run inside.  Water flow has stopped.  It now cannot even pull water in from the winterizing valve.

Is it possible that something (plastic) got inside the pump now to cause this?  Could running it yesterday with no water ruin the pump?  I'm really fustrated at this point, and it is too early to start drinking.  Has anyone had one of these pumps apart?  Any suggestions other than replacing the pump?
