	Go to the Brinkmann website for recipes. http://www.brinkmann.net/home.aspx It says a 10 lb brisket will take about 8 hours, but probably a little less if you like it rare or med. rare. Plan on using one large bag of charcoal (15 - 18 lbs.). I get wood chips at Lowes. Bass Pro or Cabelas has them also. You can also order them from Brinkmann. Anaro - not knowing how big of a pork roast or brisket, it's hard to answer your question. I suspect we'll have enough meat, but it will all be smoked. Some folks might not like smoked meats. I am planning on a 16 lb. turkey if I can find one, but at least 12 lbs. This is gonna be GREAT! Edited by RKamperRV - 02 Oct 2011 at 6:25pm

	Just talked to Candy Noon...Ralph had a pacemaker installed today. Needless to say, they will not make the rally. thay conveyed "howdy".

	They are currently calling for rain on thursday but the rest of the weekend looks like perfect camping weather!!!!

	Sure sounds like it's going to be a great Rally with the Mason-Dixon Bunch. Be safe on travels, have fun, eat plenty and Howdy to all. Hope to catch you all next year! By the way Ralph had the pacemaker/defibulator installed, is in sync for a change and hoping to come home today, so it's a good day and a beautiful one!
