CrossRoads RV Service Centers

I'm not sure why Traffords RV of Conway, NH isn't listed but they retail Cruiser and Kingston lines. They picked up the franchise last summer and have a large repair center. They are also a award winning Carriage dealer and service center.

That is AWESOME! Thank you for adding them.

Our dealer made the list.  Unless it is warranty work, we have no plans of going there.  Service after the sell has been less then desired.

So now we take it to a local place, we have been much happier with the service.

In fact even now we are trying to deal with them over the cabinet  doors issue. They split and cracked again this winter.  We upon their request sent them an email with exactly which cabinets and along with photos.  We did hear anything...for 2 weeks. We call them back and they state, we haven't received the email. I said we will send it again.  As we are on the phone they check the "spam folder". There is our email.  He looks at the pictures and states...
Okay we will get the new ones ordered. That will be covered under the warranty. Then he proceeds to tell us we will have to pay the labor charges for the new ones to be installed.

We told him to just let us know when they arrive and out neighbor who is a finish carpenter will install them for us...for FREE.
