Brian, yep it should be some relief to the family. I am sure the gift from everyone will help off set the other costs.

We got home late Thursday. Stopped in Crossroads Service to have a slide topper installed. Randy and his crew did a great job.

We had a great time at the rally, enjoyed meeting everybody.Thank you Dennis and Crossroads and all who helped, for a wonderful rally.

We spend the night after the rally just across the factory and went in for service at 6AM on Monday.
Before I said "Jack Robinson" the service people were all over my trailer.
In 6 hours they:replaced all my white  rubber around my slides with black ones(I have 3 slides) ,turned 5 pantry deep shelves to sliding ones, fixed 2 cracks  near the bedroom slide, replaced light next to front jacks, drilled holes in frames at rear windows to allow rain to exit (they missed it when the 5W was built),replaced stove cove and replaced part of the logo on the front cap.
They also gave me seal tubes for the roof and the sides (never asked for it) and screws to replace ones that got rusty.
Randy and the service guys were just FANTASTIC ,there is no other word for it.
It is not enough to own a good product ,you need also good service-and we have it bouth-Thank you Crossroads Service.

Was all of your service covered under warranty?  If not - what wasn't and approx cost.

Thanks

Speaking for myself, in a word, yes.  I did buy some decals to match up truck with trailer.  I presented Randy with a 'punch-list' and all on it were checked off, and much to my satisfaction.
