Selling our Kingston

Can anyone help us value our 08 Kingston 30SB?

I see a search found this one- http://www.nadaguides.com/SectionHome.aspx?LI=1-25-38-5697-502-579-50251&l=1&w=25&p=0&f=5602

but it doesn't make sense to me, they have slots to check off for slides, awning, fiberglass exterior and such that as far as I know come standard on this model.
Additionally we have options that were added that NADA does not have on their check list.
