   Well, it's time to upgrade to something I can tow more cargo with.  It is with regret we will be selling out CrossRoads Cross Terrain TF36DS fifth-wheel toy hauler.  We truly have enjoyed this unit and love the layout and styling.  This unit was ordered with many upgrades from the 15,000 A/C in the living area to the 13,500 A/C added to the bedroom.  We still use this unit and love it.  It is located in Virginia Beach, VA and the asking price is $45,000.  The NADA book value on this unit ranges from $49-57.000.  Priced for a good sale.
