I am home! Got back day before yesterday in bright sunshine towing from Santa Fe. Going through shock though with nothing but white all around. Been a strange year for snow. We got 1" overnight...not going to shovel! Denver was hit by what we call a "Front Range" storm coming down from Wyoming. Been that way most of this year. Denver's had more snow this year than we have. Smile

Just tied my train down at Pine Cliff snow was up to mid-thigh (about 28") so far.Definitely an Upslope storm pounding the Front Range. The snow actually tapered off a bit as we got closer to Denver, But the plains are supposed to get hammered. We had clear skies last night to Grandby and thats where we met the storm. Might have to break into Hoover's Rally beer to get warmed up nothing like a frosty malt beverage on a cold night to warm these old bones.

Eric Hoover says leave his beer alone, he needs every drop he can get. Lloyd Russ is smart he preplans his trips in the winter, by leaving Joyce at home so she can shovel the snow. Just think of the reaction you would get from your bride if you did itPinch

Well what am We supposed to do! We have 18" of snow in the yard and can't put our new Glide Ride Pinbox or the Steady Fast stabilizers on any time in the near future, I have to repack our bearings before the Texas rally (Deanna will shovel snow and turn a wrench, but she is not fond of grease) and the only time Deanna and I have had to spend in the Cruiser was adding the Hunter thermostat, The Coleman thermostat outlived its usefulness our last trip out. Next time you get to Abita Springs you better pick up some Strawberry beer so we can compare side by side with Hoover's sidekick."Rainbow Strawberry Ale" I also brewed him a Belgian Ale which I am pretty happy with so far and I thought I'd try to make a Stout for the late night crowd so we can all check out the Hodges new firepit
