well normally I haul my golf cart to campgrounds and to Races but I have it torn down currently and re repainting and adding some accessories. So currently is has served a storage area for grills coolers heaters etc. I hope to have the cart back on the road by middle of April as I stay out of town working alot and do not get alot of time to work on it. (its a hobby more or less)

HAHA, yeah and if that's the case. it will not get warmer until mid Feb, because I am not due back in the country until then, So bundle up and stay warm. I wanted to go to Daytona for the first trip of this year but looks like I will not arrive in time to go. I am looking at late Feb for a trip to a campground somewhere. Maybe CaneyCreek if possible. Great place on the lake.

CrossTerrain owner here too.  Haven't been on this site in a long time but the CrossTerrain is still going strong.

Overall very happy with the CT... no major problems with the rig.  Living out West we tend to boondock in the desert a lot during the cooler months and use the CT for mountains & beach (with hookups) during the warmer months.

One suggestion is to keep an eye on the Mission tires.  I replaced all six with the Maxxis M8008 E Rated tires at the two year mark due to sidewall cracking... didn't want to wait to lose one before replacing them.  Also the converter blew out at the two year mark so it was replaced with a Xantrex XADC-40.  The water pump is starting to sound sick so it may go out soon but it ran fine last trip.  Some of the discretionary mods I've done include the following:

*  32" LCD in in living room on Peerless Articulating Wall Mount (to replace CRT television)
*  26" LCD in bedroom on LCD Monitor Arm #9130-S-28-FM-104 (mounted onto countertop)
*  Custom upper cabinet doors in bedroom from Lowes (to cover empty TV hole)
*  Samlex 600w PSW inverter (to run bedroom TV/DVD w/o generator while boondocking)
*  Satellite rewire to bypass television amplifier (to run DirecTV)
*  Poles & Holders ladder mount flagpole holder & 22' flagpole with LED camp marker
*  Stained & polyurethaned veneer thin plywood on loft nightstand (didn't like bare wood)
*  'Krylon Fusion for plastic' gloss white paint on exterior plastics (to prevent yellowing)
*  Key hooks underneath switch cabinet
*  La Crosse WS-8349U Wall Clock / Weather Station (to replace standard clock)
*  Voltminder
*  Brass propane tee & hose (to supply outdoor stove or bbq)
*  Oxygenetics shower heads (brushed nickel inside & white outside)
*  4" white plastic fencepost sewer hose carrier
*  L Track in garage to anchor tie-downs (14 locations - prefer L track to E track)
*  License plate relocated & metal license plate light added (plastic frame broke off)
*  Command strip towel hooks on bathroom door (inside & out)
*  Serta Ultimate 4-inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper in bedroom (Queen)
*  Two Costco 6v Golf Cart Batteries to replace single 12v battery

The two mods I will do next are to install a two gallon Shurflo water accumulator and also the Dexter EZ Flex system (unit was built before the TrailAir system became standard).

How about you?  Any issues or suggestions?

give me a day or two and i will list, tied up these days with some projects. But yes i have made a few mods and yes had a few problems. Frame issue being the most critical in my book. at my expense no less. But overall I am happy with the unit.
