Looking forward to our 2nd season with our 2nd Sunset Trail and a new truck. Have 4 trips in various planning stages after we get back from a month trip to Japan, China & Thailand. (Not sure how much RV camping they do there.)

We purchased a Sunset Trail ST30BH3 last year and we love it. After several road trips we are very pleased with out ST and the features it offers.

We plan to go out west this summer.  First we head to Hardin MT for the Custer’s last stand re-enactment in late June. From there we will go to Yellowstone/ Grand Teton for four days before going to Cody for the annual Stampede Rodeo. Then it’s on to Devils Tower and the 4th of July fireworks at Mt. Rushmore. Finally we’ll head to the Badlands, Wall Drug, the Corn Palace and the Minuteman Missile Historic Site before turning for home.  We hope to make all of this in 20 days.  Hurry summer!!

Great trip you have planned. In '04 we did it in kinda reverse order in our first trailer, a pop-up. Would have been much better in our 30BH. Started at Rushmore, then Devil's tower, Custer, thru Yellowstone to Jackson Hole. Got snowed on there in mid Sept. so decided to head back home to Colorado. I highly recommend getting up early to photo Devil's Tower at sunrise. Then take a hike around the whole perimeter base to observe the prayer bundles left in the surrounding trees by current Native Americans. Gives you a whole different perspective. Enjoy your trip!

Sounds like you had a great trip!  We have never been out west before and look forward to seeing that part of the country.  There is no better way to travel than taking your own house with you.  We don't like living out of a suitcase for very long.

Happy travelling

It was a great trip and do I ever hear you about taking your house with you!!

We returned recently from a 3750 mile road trip sans trailer to New Orleans and the Sugar Bowl game (Go Utes!). First time for seeing parts of Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, etc. Decided it would be great to plan a trailer trip back that way. Gone for about 2 1/2 weeks and really got tired of all the different motels along the way. Except for 1, the Holiday Inn Express in Pensacola Beach...right on the beach, 73 degrees, T-shirts, shorts, sandals, very few people this time of year, etc. Thought we'd stay 1 night, ended up staying 4 knowing that it was snowing back home in Breckenridge, CO. Otherwise, I longed for the 30BH and the same kitchen and bed every night!

Mississippi, Alabama and Florida are in our back yard.  We have been to Al and FL so many times that we have lost count.  But being true Southerners, we only go to the beach in the summer.  (Although I must admit that the warmth of Florida in the winter is beginning to sound better.)

It's nice to see everyone here again. It took awhile to get on the new forum, but I'm glad I made it. Now I have to figure out the whole "picture attaching process" again!

Here's a big HELLO from the west coast.  Very happy with my ST19CK.  Had it about 11 months now and I've been trying to run the wheels off it, but it's better than the Energizer Bunny for keeping going and going.  Don't see a lot of Crossroads products out here, but I'm sure glad I'm one of the few that does have one.
