The dealer is at fault, these things travel over all kinds of rough roads wood partical  shake out of every where and go every where. Our unit was clean when we bought it but even today I some times have to remove light covers and get rid of the dust after four years and 35000 miles. It's the dealer that failed him. 

I don't blame the kitchen for putting lettuce and tomato on my burger when I specifically request it to be left in the kitchen.  I blame the waitress / waiter as they are the final link.

The unit should have been cleaned at the factory. metal shavings and wood pieces in the curtain?

  Thank you everyone... We are taking it out for our first trip this coming weekendBig smile 
We can not wait.  I already had a boo~boo in it, so now that's out of the way I think it will all be good.  I tried hanging my live~laugh~love sign in the middle of the entertainment center...popped out the lil ole piece of wood.  Needless to say I splintered it!  So I had my first boo~boo :(
My better half said I am glad it was you and not me Wink.  I covered it with padding & leather  put the sign up with buttons on the side...It really looks nice.
